Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops rules of preparation for a peacekeeping operation, as well as organizes their execution;

2) develops and approves a plan of preparation for a peacekeeping operation;

3) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 15, 2015 No. 320-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of the national contingent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in peace and security operations (missions) in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
