Article 14. Logistical support The Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Logistical support for the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations is carried out as a matter of priority in accordance with the state defense order and international agreements on the development, production, supply and provision of industrial and technical products, including weapons and military equipment.
2. The procedure for the formation of the state defense order, its logistical and financial support and the terms of purchase are determined by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Logistical support for the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations based outside their permanent locations, in case of a natural, man-made or social emergency, during a state of emergency, during joint operations and exercises, may be provided by those Armed Forces, other troops and military formations at whose facilities they are temporarily located. located.
