Article 135. Violation of the procedure and deadlines for submitting to the Republican Data Bank orphans, children left without parental care, and persons wishing to adopt children into their families, and disclosure of information about orphans, children left without parental care of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses

Article 135. Violation of the procedure and deadlines for submitting to the Republican Data Bank orphans, children left without parental care, and persons wishing to adopt children into their families, and disclosure of information about orphans, children left without parental care of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offenses  

 

     1. Violation by the heads of organizations in which there are children left without parental care, by officials of the executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if this is an action (inaction) it does not contain signs of a criminally punishable act, as well as by persons wishing to adopt children into their families, committed in the form of:

     1) failure to comply with the deadlines for submitting information about orphaned children and children left without parental care to the Republican Database of Orphaned Children, children left without parental care, and persons wishing to adopt children into their families;

     2) providing false information about orphaned children, children left without parental care, concealment of data to be reflected in the Republican Database of orphaned Children, children left without parental care, and persons wishing to adopt children into their families;

     3) illegal disclosure of data on orphaned children, children left without parental care, contained in the Republican Database of Orphaned children, children left without parental care, and persons wishing to adopt children into their families, –

     entails a fine in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.

     2. The action provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –  

     entails a fine in the amount of sixty monthly calculation indices.
