Article 499. Violation of the procedure for submitting administrative data of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses

Article 499. Violation of the procedure for submitting administrative data of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses  

     1. Submission by an administrative source of unreliable administrative data to the authorized body in the field of state statistics –

     entails a fine for officials in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.

     2. Failure of an administrative source to provide administrative data to an authorized body in the field of state statistics –

     entails a fine for officials in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.

     3. The acts provided for in the first and second parts of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

     they impose a fine on officials in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.

     Note. For the purposes of this article, officials should be understood as the heads of an administrative source or persons performing their duties who are responsible for providing administrative data to an administrative source, as well as for their reliability.
