Article 454. Violation of the procedure for providing mandatory free copies of periodicals, recording, and storing materials of television and radio broadcasts of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses

Article 454. Violation of the procedure for providing mandatory free copies of periodicals, recording, and storing materials of television and radio broadcasts of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses  

     1. Failure to provide mandatory free copies of periodicals, as well as recording and storing materials of television and radio broadcasts –  

     entails a warning.

     2. The actions provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –  

     they entail a fine in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.
