Article 318. Violation of the procedure for conducting clinical trials and the use of new methods and means of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 318. Violation of the procedure for conducting clinical trials and the use of new methods and means of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07.07.2020 No. 361-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     2. Violation of the procedure for conducting clinical trials and the use of new methods and means of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation, committed by an official or resulting in serious consequences due to negligence, –

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to four thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one thousand hours, or restriction of liberty for up to four years, or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to Five years old.
