Article 380. Violation of the order of stay of individuals in certain types of specially protected natural territories of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses  

      The stay of individuals without special permission and outside the designated places for visiting in the territories of state nature reserves, state national nature parks, state nature reserves, state regional nature parks –  

     entails a warning or a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices.
