Article 460-1. Violation of the procedure for providing information on receiving money and (or) other property from foreign states, international and foreign organizations, foreigners, stateless persons or their expenditure of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses

Article 460-1. Violation of the procedure for providing information on receiving money and (or) other property from foreign states, international and foreign organizations, foreigners, stateless persons or their expenditure of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses  

     1. Failure to notify the state revenue authorities on receipt of money and (or) other property from foreign states, international and foreign organizations, foreigners, and stateless persons within the time limits and in cases stipulated by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as failure or late submission of information on their receipt and expenditure –

     They impose a fine on individuals in the amount of fifty, on small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of one hundred, on medium–sized businesses - in the amount of two hundred, on large businesses - in the amount of three hundred and fifty monthly calculation indices.  

     2. Submission of false or deliberately false information specified in the first part of this article, –

     entails a fine for individuals in the amount of one hundred, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of two hundred, for medium–sized businesses - in the amount of four hundred, for large businesses - in the amount of seven hundred monthly calculation indices with suspension of activities.

     3. The actions (inaction) provided for in the first and second parts of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

     they impose a fine on individuals in the amount of one hundred and fifty, on small businesses or non–profit organizations in the amount of two hundred and fifty, on medium–sized businesses in the amount of four hundred and fifty, on large businesses in the amount of one thousand monthly calculation indices with a prohibition of activity.
