Article 18. Procedure for changing the Charter of a Limited Liability Company Law on Limited and Additional Liability Companies  

     1. The articles of association of a limited liability company are amended by a decision of the general meeting adopted in accordance with the rules of Article 48 of this Law.  

     2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2012 No. 60-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication).

      3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2012 No. 60-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication).
