The conscription of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for military service on mobilization, under martial law and in wartime is carried out in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the announcement of partial or general mobilization.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 June 1997 № 127-I.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of mobilization training and mobilization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
