Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) adopt laws and regulations on mobilization training and mobilization;

2) approves, introduces amendments and additions to the republican budget regarding the financing of mobilization training and mobilization;

3) ratifies and denounces international treaties (agreements) of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the field of mobilization training and mobilization;

4) makes decisions on issues of war and peace.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 June 1997 № 127-I.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of mobilization training and mobilization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
