Article 96-1. The specifics of the supply, storage and release of medicines and medical products of the mobilization reserve of the Law on Civil Protection

     1. The provisions of this Law with the specifics established by this Article shall apply to the supply, storage and release of medicines and medical devices of the mobilization reserve.

     2. The authorized body in the field of healthcare acts as the customer for the purchase of services for the supply, storage of medicines and medical devices of the mobilization reserve and their release in the order of refreshment and disposal in cases of changes in the nomenclature.

     3. The supply and storage of medicines and medical products of the mobilization reserve and their release in the order of refreshment and discarding in cases of changes in the nomenclature are carried out by a single distributor determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     4. The procedure for the supply, storage and release of medicines and medical products of the mobilization reserve is determined by the rules for the management of material assets of the state reserve.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 11, 2014 No. 188-V 3PK.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of carrying out civil protection measures and is aimed at preventing and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies and their consequences, providing emergency medical and psychological assistance to the population in the emergency zone, ensuring fire and industrial safety, and also defines the main tasks and organizational principles of building and the functioning of the civil defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of, storage and use of the state material reserve, organization and activities of emergency services and formations.
