Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) carries out the training of the Armed Forces, coordinates the training of other troops and military formations, territorial troops of the Armed Forces, military reserve, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for mobilization, martial law and wartime;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

4) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 June 1997 № 127-I.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of mobilization training and mobilization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
