1. The Republic of Kazakhstan, called up during the period of mobilization, martial law and in wartime, enjoy the rights of a serviceman of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to ensure the mobilization readiness of the state, must:

1) be on military registration at the place of residence;

1-1) in accordance with the procedure established by law, obtain a military ID or a certificate of registration to a conscription station;

2) appear on a call to local military authorities to determine their destination for military service;

3) to provide land plots, buildings, structures, vehicles and other property owned by them during the period of mobilization, martial law and during wartime for defense needs, followed by equivalent compensation by the state for their value in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have received mobilization orders or subpoenas from a local military administration body are required to comply with the requirements set out in them.

4. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the period of mobilization, martial law and in wartime shall be involved in the performance of work in order to ensure the defense and security of the state, as well as enrolled in special formations in accordance with the established procedure.

5. From the moment of the announcement of mobilization, those registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan are prohibited from leaving their place of residence without the permission of the head of the local military administration body.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of mobilization training and mobilization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
