Relations related to ensuring the mobilization readiness of motor transport, civil defense and rescue operations, and the elimination of social emergencies are regulated by special legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of emergency situations of a social, natural and man-made nature, as well as the introduction of a state of emergency, state bodies, within the limits of their powers, have the right to involve carriers in carrying out work related to the elimination of emergency situations, with subsequent reimbursement of expenses in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
