On the discharge to the reserve of conscripts who have served the prescribed period of military service, and on the regular conscription of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for military service in October-December 1995

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 2, 1995 N 2474

 In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 1993 Z939000_ "On Universal military duty and military service"

I DECREE:      

1. In October-December 1995, conscripts who have served the prescribed period of military service should be discharged from the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the reserve.      

2. In October-December 1995, male citizens who turn 18 on the day of conscription, who are not eligible for a deferral from conscription, as well as citizens who have lost the right to a deferral from conscription, should be called up for military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

3. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies, together with local representative bodies, ensure the work of regional, city and district draft commissions, as well as take the necessary measures to organize the conscription and dispatch of conscripted citizens to the troops for military service.      

4. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, should take measures to search for and bring to criminal responsibility persons who evade conscription.
