1. The main purpose of this Law is to create conditions to support the development of cooperation, strengthen small and medium-sized businesses, create new jobs, improve the standard of living of the population and strengthen economic stability.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) establishment of the legal basis for the establishment, registration, functioning and liquidation of production cooperatives;

2) definition of the rights and obligations of members of production cooperatives, as well as the rules of their interaction;

3) regulation of the procedure for the distribution of profits and losses among the members of the production cooperative;

4) establishing decision-making mechanisms within a production cooperative;

5) ensuring the development of small and medium-sized businesses and strengthening economic stability in the country.
