Article 42. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on Agricultural Cooperatives
1. This Law shall enter into force on January 1, 2016.
2. Invalidate them:
1) The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 1999 "On Rural Consumer Cooperation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 21, Article 770; 2006, No. 8, Article 45; 2007, No. 9, Article 67; 2012, No. 21-22, Article 124; 2014, No. 10, Article 52);
2) The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2000 "On Agricultural Partnerships and their Associations (Unions)" (Gazette of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 23, Article 413; 2006, No. 8, Article 45; 2007, No. 9, Article 67; 2011, No. 6, 49; 2014, No. 10, Article 52);
3) The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2003 "On the rural Consumer cooperative of water users" (Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 6, Article 35; 2006, No. 1, Article 5; 2010, No. 5, Article 23; 2011, No. 6, Article 49; 2014 G., No. 2, art. 10; No. 10, art. 52).
3. Rural consumer cooperatives, rural consumer cooperatives of water users, and agricultural partnerships are required to undergo a reorganization or liquidation procedure in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In case of non-fulfillment of these requirements, after one year from the date of entry into force of this Law, these cooperatives are subject to liquidation by court decision.
