1. When transporting animals, their needs for food, water, air, movement, and natural needs must be met, and animals must be protected from harmful external influences. The volume of transport space must correspond to the biological, species and individual characteristics of the transported animals.

2. The vehicle used to transport animals must be equipped in such a way as to prevent injury or other harm to animal health or death of animals during loading, transportation and unloading, as well as their arbitrary abandonment of the vehicle.

3. Transportation of animals is carried out in compliance with the rules of transportation of animals.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of responsible treatment of animals in order to protect them, ensure safety, strengthen morality and respect the principles of humanity of society in the treatment of animals, as well as protect the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the treatment of animals.
