The requirements for the treatment of wild animals in order to prevent cruelty to them are established by this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of responsible treatment of animals in order to protect them, ensure safety, strengthen morality and respect the principles of humanity of society in the treatment of animals, as well as protect the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the treatment of animals.
