Article 143. The right to receive alimony for disabled adult children of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Able-bodied parents are required to support their disabled adult children in need of assistance.

     2. In the absence of an agreement on the payment of alimony, the amount of alimony for disabled adult children is determined by the court as a multiple of the monthly calculation index in effect at the time of payment of alimony, based on the financial and marital status and other interests of the parties that deserve attention.
