Article 165. The duty of an official of an organization to withhold alimony payments from the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
An official of an organization at the place of work of a person who is obliged to pay alimony, on the basis of an agreement on the payment of alimony provided for in Article 158 of this Code, or on the basis of an enforcement document, is obliged to deduct alimony monthly from his salary and other income to be received from the date of their payments in favor of the person receiving alimony, and pay or transfer They are paid at the expense of the person who is obliged to pay alimony, no later than three days from the date of payment of wages and other income.
Responsibility for the delay in the payment of alimony withheld from the payer, but not promptly transferred to the recipient, is assigned to an official of the organization.
