Article 154. Structure of the Unified State System for Monitoring the Environment and Natural Resources of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The Unified State System for Monitoring the Environment and Natural Resources includes the following monitoring systems:

     1) Environmental monitoring;

     2) monitoring of natural resources;

     3) Special monitoring;

     4) Meteorological and hydrological monitoring;

     5) Environmental monitoring.

     2. The rules of organization and functioning of the Unified State System for Monitoring the Environment and Natural Resources, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, may include additional systems, subsystems and types of monitoring in the structure of the Unified State System for Monitoring the Environment and Natural Resources.
