Article 363. Closure of the waste storage facility and monitoring in the period after the closure of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. When a mining waste storage facility or part of it is closed, the provisions of Article 356 of this Code shall apply, taking into account that the obligations to conduct monitoring in the period after the closure of such facility are not limited by time.

     2. Financing of measures to close the waste storage facility, reclamation of disturbed lands and subsequent monitoring shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use".
