Article 73. State Monitoring of Subsurface resources Code on Subsurface Resources and Subsurface Use Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. State monitoring of subsurface resources is a system of monitoring the state of the subsurface, including using remote sensing data, to ensure the rational management of the state fund of subsurface resources and timely identification of their changes, assessment, prevention and elimination of the consequences of negative processes.

     2. The procedure for state monitoring of subsurface resources is determined by the authorized body for the study of subsurface resources.
