Article 166. Withholding of alimony on the basis of an agreement on the payment of alimony of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 166. Withholding of alimony on the basis of an agreement on the payment of alimony of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Withholding of alimony on the basis of an agreement on the payment of alimony provided for in Article 158 of this Code is carried out if the total amount of deductions on the basis of such an agreement and executive documents does not exceed fifty percent of the salary and other income of the person obligated to pay alimony.
