Article 168. Foreclosure on the property of a person obliged to pay alimony of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The recovery of alimony in the amount established by an agreement on the payment of alimony or a court decision, as well as the recovery of alimony arrears are made from the earnings and other income of the person who is obliged to pay alimony, if earnings and other income are insufficient, alimony is deducted from the funds held in accounts with banks and other organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations. who is obliged to pay alimony. If these funds are insufficient, foreclosure is levied on any property of a person who is required to pay alimony, which may be subject to foreclosure by law.
2. Foreclosure on funds in the accounts of a person who is obliged to pay alimony and on his other property is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
