Article 17-1. The Order of "Enbek Danky" is awarded to workers in industry, transport, construction, agriculture, education, healthcare, social security and other industries for fruitful work at enterprises, institutions, organizations, as well as for high performance in relevant industries. The Law on State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Order of "Enbek Danky" consists of three degrees:

"Enbek Danky" I degree;

"Enbek Danky" II degree;

"Enbek Danky" of the III degree.

The highest degree of the order is the First degree. Awards are made sequentially: III degree, II degree and I degree.

Holders of the Order of "Enbek Danky" of three degrees are equal in status to persons awarded the title of "Kazakstan Enbek Epi".
