Article 562. Validity of official documents of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Documents sent in connection with a request (instruction, petition) for legal and other assistance, if they are drawn up, certified in an appropriate form by an official of the competent authority of the requesting or requested party and sealed with the seal of the competent authority, are accepted on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan without additional certification (legalization).

     2. The procedural status of a participant in criminal proceedings conducted in a foreign country does not need to be further established in accordance with the rules of this Code when executing a request (instruction, petition) in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
