Article 25. Honorary titles of the Republic of Kazakhstan are awarded by the Law on State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Honorary titles of the Republic of Kazakhstan are awarded:
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen kayratkeri" – to prominent state and public figures, representatives of science, culture, art, production and social sphere for great services to the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sinirgen ustazy" – to teachers for outstanding achievements and special services to the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sinirgen darigeri" – to medical workers for outstanding achievements and special services to the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of healthcare;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sinirgen gylym zhane technique kayratkeri" – to scientists for outstanding achievements in the field of science and technology, who have the degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), doctor in profile, previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen Engineering – to employees and employees who have worked in the field of energy, communications, design and who have made a significant contribution to the development of technologies, who were previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen kurylysshysy" – employees and employees who have worked in the field of construction, architecture and design, who have made a significant contribution to the development and improvement of construction equipment, who were previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen onerkasip kayratkeri" – to employees and employees who have made a significant contribution to the improvement of industry, metallurgy, technology, automation and other industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who were previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen kenshisi" – to the employees and employees who have made a significant contribution to the development of the mining industry and mine construction, to the research and improvement of new equipment and technologies, as well as for the initiative and courage shown in the elimination of accidents and the prevention of accidents at the enterprise, to the miners who were previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannyn enbek sinirgen geologists" – to employees and employees who have made a significant contribution to the development of geological, geophysical, hydrogeological, topographic and geodetic services and geological research organizations, for the introduction of advanced technologies and exploration of the subsurface, for the creation of a mineral resource base, exploration, previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakhstan garyshker-ushkyshy" – to citizens who have successfully implemented the prescribed space flight program, who have fulfilled their scientific, technical, research and practical tasks in an exemplary manner;
– "Kazakstannyn kol'ik salasynn enbek sirgen kayratkeri" – to employees and employees of railway, air, water, automobile, pipeline and other types of transport who have worked in the transport sector, as well as for improving the quality of transportation and transport services, saving material and fuel resources, and other employees who have made a significant contribution to safety and improvement environmental protection, previously awarded the State award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstann agrarlyk salasynyn enbek sirgen kayratkeri" – employees and agricultural workers, including livestock breeders, plant breeders, farmers, agronomists, veterinarians, gardeners and other workers in the agricultural sector, as well as employees of scientific and other organizations, including those providing services to agriculture, working in the field of agriculture, awarded earlier State Awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstann su sharuashylygy salasyn yenbek sirgen kayratkeri" – employees and employees who have made a significant contribution to the development of water management, hydraulic engineers, meliorators, who were previously awarded the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– "Kazakstannin halyk artis" – to persons who have made a special contribution to the development of theatrical, circus, musical art and cinematography of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who were previously awarded the honorary title "Kazakstannin enbek sirgen artis" (Honored Artist of Kazakhstan) and (or) "Kazakstannin enbek sirgen kayratkeri" (Honored Worker of Kazakhstan);
– "Kazakstannin halyk zhazushysy" – to persons who have made a special contribution to the development of literature of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who were previously awarded the honorary title "Kazakstannin enbek sinirgen kayratkeri" ("Honored Worker of Kazakhstan"), and (or) laureates of the state prizes of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of literature.
