1. Signs of the highest degree of distinction

The Order of Altyn Kiran is awarded to citizens for exceptional public services to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Order of Altyn Kiran may be awarded to citizens who have previously been awarded one of the orders of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the USSR.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 12, 1995 No. 2676.
