Article 383. Purchase or sale of official documents and state awards of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 383. Purchase or sale of official documents and state awards of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Illegal acquisition or sale of official documents granting rights or relieving of duties, as well as state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the USSR –

     are punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one hundred and twenty monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one hundred and twenty hours, or arrest for up to thirty days.
