Article 246. Illegal actions with respect to property restricted at the disposal of the taxpayer's tax arrears, the payer's arrears on customs payments, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, penalties, interest in case of their accrual of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Embezzlement, alienation, concealment or illegal transfer of property that has been restricted by state revenue authorities, as well as refusal to transfer such property in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, committed by a person whose property is restricted, as well as the conduct of banking operations by an employee of a bank or an organization engaged in certain types of banking operations, under banking accounts for which expenditure operations have been suspended by the state revenue authorities, –
are punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or arrest for up to fifty days.
