Article 77. The procedure for the execution of a court verdict on the confiscation of property of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. After its entry into legal force, the court that has passed a sentence of confiscation of the convicted person's property shall send a writ of execution, a copy of the inventory of property and a copy of the sentence for execution to the bailiff, which shall be notified by the authorized state body. In the absence of an inventory of the convicted person's property in the case, a certificate is sent stating that an inventory of the property has not been carried out.

     2. The execution of the penalty in the form of confiscation of property is carried out by the bailiff at the location of the property.
