Article 79. Actions of the bailiff to execute a court verdict on confiscation of property of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. No later than three days after the receipt of the enforcement document, the bailiff initiates enforcement proceedings, issues a resolution on this, verifies the existence of the property specified in the enforcement document, and draws up an inventory of the property subject to confiscation.

     2. The inventory indicates the full and exact name of each item, its distinctive features, including color, size, degree of wear and individual characteristics. The described items are sealed, sealed and transferred to storage, which is noted in the inventory.

     3. The bailiff shall take the necessary measures to preserve the property subject to confiscation and subject to inventory.

     4. The share of the convicted person in common and joint ownership is determined by the court on the recommendation of the bailiff in the order of civil proceedings.
