Article 31. Termination of powers of a member of the national preventive mechanism The Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Prevention of Child Neglect and Homelessness
The powers of a member of the national preventive mechanism are terminated when:
1) violation of the provisions of this Law;
2) a written statement of resignation;
3) his death or the entry into force of a court decision declaring him deceased;
4) departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) loss of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) the entry into force of a court verdict of conviction;
7) occurrence of other cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 591.
This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
