Article 46-15. Termination of the powers of a participant in the national preventive mechanism of the Law on the Procedure and Conditions of Detention of Persons in Special Institutions, Special Premises Providing Temporary Isolation from Society
The powers of a member of the national preventive mechanism are terminated when:
1) violation of the provisions of this Law;
2) a written statement of resignation;
3) his death or the entry into force of a court decision declaring him deceased;
4) departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) loss of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) the entry into force of a court verdict of conviction;
7) occurrence of other cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1999 No. 353-I.
This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
