Article 47-6. Termination of the powers of a participant in the national preventive mechanism of the Law on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan
The powers of a participant in the national preventive mechanism are terminated when:
1) violation of the provisions of this Law;
2) a written statement of resignation;
3) his death or the entry into force of a court decision declaring him deceased;
4) departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) loss of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) the entry into force of a court verdict of conviction;
7) occurrence of other cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
