Article 37. Termination of powers of a member of the Public Supervisory Commission of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The powers of a member of a public supervisory commission shall terminate upon the expiration of its term of operation, as well as upon:
1) a written statement of resignation;
2) his death or the entry into force of a court decision declaring him deceased;
3) liquidation of the public association that nominated him;
4) a review by the public association that nominated him/her;
5) violation of the provisions of this Code;
6) departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7) loss of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
8) the entry into force of a court verdict of conviction;
9) non-participation in the work of the public monitoring commission for three months;
10) the occurrence of other cases stipulated by law.
2. The chairman of the commission shall inform the higher territorial body of the institutions and bodies executing the punishment within three working days about the termination of the powers of a member of the public supervisory commission.
