Article 629-8. Entry into force of the resolution on termination of the case and the conviction in the order of writ proceedings CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
If no petition is received from the convicted person, the victim, the civil plaintiff, the civil defendant, or the prosecutor within the prescribed period, the decision to dismiss the case and the guilty verdict issued by writ of execution are sent for execution, which is reported to the convicted person, his defense attorney (with his participation), the victim, and the prosecutor.
