On the establishment of an exemption from the national regime
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 26, 2026 No. 7
In accordance with article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. When carrying out public procurement, to establish the withdrawal from the national regime of goods and services included in the register of trusted digital objects originating from foreign countries, with the exception of goods not produced in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as those purchased on the basis of subparagraphs 21), 22) and 23) of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State purchases".
2. To allow individuals and legal entities listed in the register of Kazakhstani commodity producers to participate in public procurement.
3. The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) ensure that, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of adoption of this resolution, the lists of goods and services included in the register of trusted digital objects are provided to the authorized body in the field of public procurement, indicating the codes in accordance with the unified nomenclature directory of goods, works and services.;
2) send a list of goods and services included in the register of trusted digital objects with codes in accordance with the unified nomenclature directory of goods, works and services to the authorized body in the field of public procurement as the information is updated.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication and shall be valid for two years.
