Disputes about appealing actions of bailiffs
According to the Astana City Court, disputes on appealing the actions of bailiffs occupy a significant share among disputes arising from public law relations - 907 out of 2466. Violations of the requirements of the CPC resulted in failure to appear in court on four summonses, failure to provide evidence to the court's demands.
