Article 18. Participation of representatives of the parties in enforcement proceedings The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs
1. Individuals may participate in enforcement proceedings independently or through representatives. The personal participation of an individual in enforcement proceedings does not deprive him of the right to have a representative. If, according to the executive document, the debtor is charged with duties that he can only perform personally, then in their execution the debtor does not have the right to act through a representative.
2. The participation of organizations in enforcement proceedings is carried out through their bodies, which act within the limits of the powers granted to them by laws, other normative legal acts and constituent documents, or through representatives of these bodies.
Persons representing the organization are required to have documents confirming their official position and authority.
3. The powers of the representative are certified by a power of attorney issued and executed in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
