1. The simplified procedure for crossing the State Border is established directly at the places of crossing the State Border, where simplified checkpoints are equipped in accordance with an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The passage of goods and goods at simplified checkpoints across the State Border for commercial purposes is prohibited.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
