Article 34. Inspection of vehicles, cargo and goods The Law On the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Inspection of vehicles, cargo and goods is carried out in designated and specially equipped places (at any time of the day, if necessary, regardless of the departure time of the vehicle set by the transport organization, including repeatedly) The Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the state revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Inspection of vehicles, cargoes and goods at the State border with the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out by the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Sealed wagons, containers, cars, holds and other spaces of vehicles, as well as cargoes and goods for which special passes have been issued, shall be opened at the request of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the state revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inspection in cases where the integrity of packaging, seals, seals, as well as if there are signs of unauthorized persons hiding in them.
