Article 238. Investigation of information obtained as a result of a secret investigative action and its use as evidence CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The investigation of the results of a secret investigative action is carried out by the pre-trial investigation body in compliance with the requirements articles 47 and 124 of this Code, if necessary with the involvement of a specialist and an appropriate employee of the body of inquiry.
About the results of the compliance study Articles 47 and 199 of this Code draw up a protocol, which reflects the results of a secret investigative action.
2. The factual data relevant to the investigation shall be attached to the protocol.
