Article 251. Foreclosure on the property of the owner of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Foreclosure on property under the obligations of the owner shall be carried out in court, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan or an agreement.

     2. The ownership right to the foreclosed property is terminated by the owner from the moment the ownership right to the seized property arises from the person to whom the ownership right passes in accordance with the procedure provided for by law.
