Article 113. Foreclosure on obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and an administrative-territorial unit of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Republic of Kazakhstan shall be liable for its obligations with the property of the state treasury, and the administrative-territorial unit shall be liable for its obligations with the property of the local treasury.
2. The Republic of Kazakhstan and the administrative-territorial unit are not liable for each other's obligations, as well as for the obligations of citizens and legal entities, and citizens and legal entities are not liable for the obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the administrative-territorial unit, except in cases provided for by this Code and legislative acts.
