Article 63. Foreclosure on a privately owned land plot and on the right of land use of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. A privately owned land plot, as well as the right of permanent and long-term temporary land use, are part of the property of individuals and legal entities to whom they are liable for their obligations, including cases of bankruptcy, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     Foreclosure may not be levied on the lands listed in paragraph 2 of Article 26 of this Code, as well as those belonging to state land users, except for the cases provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 39 of this Code.  

     2. Foreclosure on a land plot and on the right of permanent and long-term temporary land use is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the civil and civil procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is subject to state registration in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
