On the reorganization of the joint-stock company "Zhasyl Damu"

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 22, 2026 No. 647

In accordance with Article 45 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 83 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies", subparagraph 4) of Article 11, paragraph 1 of Article 178 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

     1. Reorganize the joint-stock company "Zhasyl Damu" by joining the joint-stock company "Greens development".

     2. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to take measures arising from this resolution.

     3. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
